A couple of weeks ago, we celebrated Frost's 30th anniversary with a party at Redbourn Golf Club.  Property Management, Lettings and Sales teams all joined in the festivities.

Delivering exceptional customer service is what sets us apart, which is not always easy in today's busy world, and and why it’s important to recognise when we deliver.

Neil leads our valuation teams in all four Frost's branches.  He is a family man, and enjoys meeting new people on a daily basis, and providing professional advice on such an important decision as moving home.

Kitty started her property management journey in 2014, following completion of her degree in music. After joining Frosts property management team in November 2018, Kitty has achieved a level 3 ARLA certification and has since achieved a promotion to Senior Property Manager.  

    Melanie Hughes, Head of Property Management at Frost’s Estate and Letting Agents in St Albans, has achieved the Propertymark Qualifications Level 4 Certificate in Residential Letting and Property Management.

Richard is a Senior Mortgage Consultant for Embrace Financial Services (EFS).   Richard started his career as an Estate Agent. He became a Financial Adviser in 2011 in Eastbourne and started providing advice at Frost’s in 2014.  After just 12 months Richard was promoted to Senior Financial Consultant recognising his commitment to excellent customer service.

Running our busy property management department is no easy task.  With ever changing legislation, having to work around the various restrictions of the last year whilst protecting the interest of our landlords, our Head of Property Management; Melanie Hughes is a busy lady!

Meet Cherry Maddern, our move in progressor.  Cherry joined us in November last year, bringing a wealth of experience and superb customer focused approach from a career within the lettings market.  

This month we wanted to highlight Sophie Hutchinson, our newly appointed Lettings Manager for St Albans.  Sophie lives locally in the area and has worked within the property industry for over 9 years, been with Frosts for almost 6 years, and  gained a huge wealth of property knowledge during this time.

Like every business Frost’s have been through a tumultuous year, ensuring we have protected our staff and clients has been central in decisions we have taken and with the restrictions on social distancing providing us less office space then we would need a lot of our staff have like many elsewhere have been working from home over the last year. As we look to regain some normality, we are delighted to inform you that we have taken a temporary office in St Albans in order to allow our entire property management team to return to work.

Elena has been part of the Property Management team since 2011, and brings a wealth of knowledge relating to compliance issues.  Most of you will have dealt with her, whilst we have been managing your property.
