As a small, well established company with four branches Frost's have a close family feel and that extends to the way our staff are treated. Here you can be sure you will be treated with respect and that your views are important.
There is a limited hierarchy and in keeping with our brand of openness and transparency, there are very few secrets about what’s happening and we consult and involve staff with where we're going.
We compete hard, we expect people to give 100% for their customer and the team. We're proud of our professionalism and commitment to be the best, we believe we can win and believe in constant evolution; we are always looking for and talking about how to succeed and push to the next level.
We also understand we all make a few mistakes and that's ok as long as we are honest and learn. If we make a mistake we work hard to put it right and then find solutions to hopefully remove it for the future.
