St Albans businesses will again join in the festive fun of the Christmas season with their Festive Friends Trail running from the 15th of November until the 31st of December 2019. On the trail, you will be able to collect all 20 playing cards and then play with your friends and family.
Make sure you don’t miss the St Albans Nutcracker. The ballet coming to the Alban Arena, Civic Centre, St Albans, AL2 2DS on Saturday 23rd November 2019 at 2.30 pm is a particularly special traditional Christmas event.
Harpenden Carnival - come and join us for free mince pies and mulled wine
Weekends are always busy in Harpenden but on Sunday 24th November 2019 between 12 noon - 6 pm will keep you particularly busy with the Harpenden Christmas Carnival and Farmer's market on Bowers Parade, High Street, Harpenden, AL5 2SH. There is a lot on offer so you will be able to be busy all day sorting out some of your Harpenden Christmas shopping as well as the opportunity to pop in and sample some free mince pies and mulled wine in our Frost’s Harpenden branch between 3 pm until 5 pm.

The Harpenden Arts Club exhibition held at Harpenden Public Halls (Southdown Room), Southdown Road, Harpenden., AL5 1TE runs from Friday 8th November 2019 until Sunday 10th November 2019 from 10 am to 5 pm (to 4 pm only on the Sunday).
This weekend in celebration of bonfire night in Harpenden on Saturday 9th November 2019 at Crabtree Schools Playing Field, Crabtree Lane, Harpenden, AL5 5PU the Crabtree firework spectacular will be held. It starts at 6 pm and goes on until 9 pm. The Harpenden school show is a spectacular fireworks display for families.
