France comes to St Albans and Harpenden

If you have ever holidayed in France there is nothing nicer than remembering the experience of a real French Market, with the bustle of the locals and the quality and variety of the produce on offer. So what a delight that on Thursday 27th October and Friday 28th October 2016 ‘France at Home’ returns again to St Albans to hold a French Market.
The traders travel across the Channel every week, with most of them coming from different 'departments' in Normandy, bringing with them a wide range of top quality products. These are generally local and regional cheeses, freshly baked bread, patisserie products, sausages and cured meat, olives and dried fruits, Provençal soaps, and much more. The French Market team of stall-holders who sell meat and dairy produce have all received the UK Level 2 Award in Food Safety.
‘France at Home’ led by fluent English speaking Manager, Muriel Charles, delivers the French market in St Albans and Harpenden.  They are a well-established team who initiated the very first French Market to be held in the UK as long ago as 1994. It is still the only authentic French Team and the only one to be a member of Franco-British chamber of commerce & industry.
If you missed ‘France at Home’ in Harpenden in September you can enjoy it in St Albans along St Peters Street on 27th and 28th of October and refresh all those memories of summer holidays in France.
