I recently secured a property from Frosts St Albans, after having been off work for 6 months with an industrial injury. Due to this nature it had been very difficult for me to be taken seriously by a landlord, as proving my income was impossible. having been out of work for so long. I dealt with Shelby Dunn. I told her my situation and was up front about my struggle thus far. She, from that point when above and beyond to arrange me viewings and ultimately get me into a property. Shelby is the most straight up, kind and understanding lettings agent I have ever come across. During the referencing process, it went back and forward for 3-4 days over and over again, and Shelby fought tirelessly to get me over the line when she could’ve thrown me in the bin and gone for any other easier candidate. I have rented with Frosts in the past and whilst they are efficient, professional and pleasant to deal with…..in my 10 years of renting, I’ve never come across a Shelby.
