After an abortive sale late last year with my buyer pulling out just before exchange, it was very tempting to take my property off the market. However, I had such incredible support and contact with Trudie Cobb that I decided to stay with them. They found a new buyer, a lovely family that will fill my house with love and laughter. NONE of this would be possible without Trudie, she has dealt with all the problems from solicitors, mortgage company, buyers and my onward purchase. Obviously mine is not the only sale she is dealing with but somehow she manages to keep all the balls in the air. Without her expertise I think it is unlikely that this sale would progressed to exchange. She is so friendly, helpful and professional, I am going to miss my contact with her when this sale is completed.

Frosts did a very good job navigating us to exchange and completion. There were some banana skins which could have scuppered things, but they were diligent in resolving them. Would highly recommend.

I let out a property through Frosts and have been very impressed with how they, and in particular Jonathan, deal with issues, including problems arising with the block of flats as a whole and dealing with the managing company. I would recommend them.
