The house I have just purchased was incredibly complex with probate complications, buyers pulling out, a long chain and then on the day of completion an issue with one of the solicitors further down the chain - Neil, Rochelle and the team took it all in their stride and every hurdle was overcome with minimal fuss and drama. I felt like they had my back the whole time. Buying and selling in the UK is a complicated system… get the right people on your side for it and it becomes a lot easier!
