Recently bought a house through Frost's Harpenden and must call out the great service both in sales and after sales process. Definitely one of the leaders in the area and always had few good options to share. Must call out Louise from Sales and Trudie from After Sales team who were always there for any help needed.

Frosts have been great throughout this whole process. However, if you are fortunate enough to get Rochelle Andrews as your agent you are winning. Rochelle is diligent, always calls back quickly and if she doesn’t have the answer will find it out in good time. Crucially though no problem is an issue. She has it all in hand all the time. More Rochelle’s in the world and I reckon we would all get along just fine.

Excellent service. I have been kept well informed of all the different steps in the selling of my property and had support in my purchase of my new property. All staff very friendly and helpful. We purchased a property listed with Frost’s St Albans. We managed to push the purchase through in record time to get us in before Christmas!
