Introducing Goodlord for landlords

Embracing technology

We are always keen to ensure our systems and processes operate smoothly and efficiently, and in order to help our business operations we have recently embraced a new piece of software to help us do exactly that.

The new system we are now operating with is Goodlord. This will be used as our Referencing & Tenancy Progression platform which will expedite the process of arranging & creating documents for a new tenancy. We will also be using the system to create the documents relating to renewing a tenancy, keeping the process as simple as possible.

Here at Frost's, we're committed to innovation and making sure your experience with us is the best on the market. We also recently introduced Fixflo, our online repair and maintenance portal. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and reliably, and this tool helps to make the reporting of maintenance quicker and easier for your tenants.

It also ensures:

  • That we get all information relevant to the issue including photos when applicable
  • That there are no communication barriers - the interface can be translated into up to 40 different languages
  • A reduction in the number of issues reported due to self-resolution guidance and advice pop-ups
  • For the more severe issues, the system will immediately connect the tenant to a video engineer to help diagnose and resolve the problem.
  • Fixflo will allow us to resolve issues quicker and help ensure your tenants have a great experience.

For those of you with Annual Gas Safety and/or Electrical Installation Condition Reports becoming due, the system will automatically remind you of this and give you the option to authorise us to arrange for this to be carried out for you. It streamlines the communication path and also helps ensure that your property remains compliant.
