It’s a no-cook method that makes it particularly easy to whip up with or without the assistance of small people.
Ingredients to serve 8
2 litres of cream soda- chilled, 1/4 tsp of caramel extract, 1/4 tsp butter extract
For the Cream Topping:
1 cup whipping cream, 1/2 cup butterscotch topping, 1/4 cup icing sugar
To make take a large mixing bowl, and whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks then add the butterscotch topping and powdered sugar. Mix the caramel and butter extracts with the cream soda and then pour the mixture into clear glass cups or mugs for maximum effect. Finally, top with butterscotch cream topping and you will be the most popular St Albans or Harpenden parent for New Year.
