We recently exchanged on a property bought through Frosts, they also handled all of the legal madness that goes with buying a house. The whole process was handled brilliantly by all the staff we had dealings with, Trudie especially who dealt with our constant questions and queries and provided lots of help and advise. Frost’s were super helpful in the whole process of finding a place to rent as we relocated to the UK. Darcie was very flexible and responsive during our search and Isha helped us loads during the process to set up the tenancy. They are great team overall and we would not hesitate to use them in future or recommend them to others!

We recently bought a house and let it through Frosts - at every stage the team has been be excellent. Particular thanks to Elsaida, in sales - and Sophie, Rose and Chloe in the rental team. Adding to my review - nearly 3 years on - that Frosts provide a consistently good property management service - thanks, most recently, to Luisa Dino, for sorting out a couple of maintenance issues fast and efficiently.

Best part of my experience with Frosts was dealing with estate agent Emma in the Marshalswick Branch. She was smiley and courteous but moreover, she helped me by talking through potential changes the house could have in order to create our ideal home. She was creative, practical, engaging and spot on with her suggestions! Wish all estate agents were like that.
