St Albans’ and Harpenden along with many other Hertfordshire towns and cities look forward to the annual Hertfordshire County Show which traditionally takes place over the late May Bank Holiday weekend of the 28th & 29th May. The event regularly attracts thousands of visitors and displays the best of Hertfordshire for everyone to enjoy. If you already live here or are thinking of moving out of London here this is a great way to enjoy much of what Hertfordshire offers.
Come and see animals ranging from huge bulls to tiny ducks, spectacular displays and educational demonstrations. The show is widely acclaimed as the best Value for Money family event in the County and every year the Hertfordshire County Show gets bigger and better with a great balanced combination of traditional agricultural displays and demonstrations alongside family entertainment.
In addition to the 1500 animals on show, plus over 300 Trade Exhibitors, the 2016 shows entertainment programme includes the Herts Farmers Fantastic Fork trucks display, the breathtaking Devil’s Horsemen stunt team, the heart-stopping Bolddog motorcycle display, National All-Human Circus plus lots more - and by popular demand the return of Titan the Robot comedy Show.
