We're delighted to celebrate the fantastic achievements of Elizabeth Brookes and Chloe Weston, who have successfully completed their ARLA Propertymark qualifications as part of our in-house training programme.
Elizabeth, Lettings Director, and Chloe, Assistant Head of Lettings, have demonstrated tremendous hard work, dedication and commitment to strengthening their professional knowledge and expertise.

What does MARLA mean?
MARLA stands for Member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents and is a recognised professional designation within the lettings industry.
Achieving it demonstrates knowledge across important areas of residential lettings and property management, including legislation, compliance and the responsibilities of landlords and letting agents.
With the lettings landscape continuing to evolve, this expertise helps our team stay up to date and offer landlords and tenants informed, professional guidance.

Earlier this year, our in-house AIG Training Group was launched to give colleagues the opportunity to work towards recognised industry qualifications with ARLA Propertymark through dedicated training alongside independent study.
The first cohort has already seen 15 colleagues at Frost’s and our sister brands JNP, Intercounty and Thomas Morris, successfully achieve their ARLA qualification, with their hard work celebrated at a special graduation ceremony. The programme continues to grow, with a further 22 colleagues set to begin their own journey towards an industry qualification in the next training cohort.
