What is your favourite carol? St Albans cathedral hosts carols on the hour throughout the Christmas period so you can hopefully stop by to hear your favourite on the half hour run from 15th December 2018 on the hour, every hour from 11 am to 4 pm. St Albans Cathedral is the oldest site of continuous Christian worship in Britain and stands over the place where Alban, Britain's first saint, was buried after giving his life for his faith over 1700 years ago.

The Abbey looks forward to welcoming you to take a break from the last-minute Christmas shopping and enjoy this special St Albans Cathedral event. Each service lasts just 30 minutes, enough time to sing some uplifting carols with the Cathedral Choirs. Everyone is welcome to come and sing and experience the true meaning of Christmas at these hourly Carol Services from 11 am to 4 pm. No tickets required and admission is free.

St Albans Cathedral is right next to St Albans Christmas Market, St Albans Cathedral, Sumpter Yard, St Albans and the carols.
