Why go away to a festival when a festival comes to you? Meraki Festival returns to St Alban's for the 2nd year and will feature a line-up of top live music acts across 3 stages. The festival dates are Friday 10th August to Sunday 12th August 2018 at Hertfordshire County Showground, Dunstable Road, St Albans, AL3 7PT.
The St Albans festival is family-friendly, with lots to keep the little ones entertained, and there is a range of special features and creative spaces around the festival for everyone to enjoy. The activities at the festival are all-inclusive so once you’re through the gates; you can enjoy all of the festival features for no extra cost.
Activities included in the ticket price Roller disco, laser tag, Europe’s biggest inflatable water slide, caving, silent disco, cinema, plus much more! If staying overnight camping, glamping could be perfect but if it is not for you or not for your kids yet there are evening and day tickets available as well.
The artists that have been announced so far include on Friday, All Saints. On Sat Pixie Lott will Turn It Up and be Young Foolish Happy. Along the way, Lott has been nominated for 4 BRITs (including British Female and Breakthrough Act) and won 2 European Music Awards (including Best UK & Ireland Act).
Then on Sunday there’s 10CC among the most inventive and influential bands in the history of popular music, 10cc are one of the very few acts to have achieved commercial, critical and creative success in equal measure. Others include Nik Kershaw/ Judge Jules/ Tall Paul/ Danny Rampling/ Seb Fontaine with more to be announced.
