Get out and glaze

There is always plenty to do in Harpenden and St Albans with the kids and if you want to get ahead of the game for Halloween on Saturday 13th October 2018 from 2-4pm at The Skew Bridge, Southdown Road, Harpenden, AL5 1PQ you can get out and glaze.

Glaze Time offers pottery painting for everyone from small babes to the retired. They run sessions in Harpenden and the surrounding villages. But on Saturday 13th October you can drop in and paint something for Halloween in Harpenden. Come along they say to create your very own 'trick or treat' plate/bowl. You could decorate it with a skull, a witch, a bat, a ghost or perhaps create something entirely of your own for the Halloween season.

The decoration options are endless and they can be added to a whole range of pots and plates that cost anything from £5-20.  The finished glazed items take a week to be ready but that gives you plenty of time to be ready for your Harpenden or St Albans’s trick or treating.

Throughout the year Glaze Time runs four weekly sessions (in term time from September), on Tuesdays from 3-5pm at The Skew Bridge, Southdown Road, Harpenden, on Wednesdays from 11-1pm at The George, High Street, Harpenden, on Thursdays from 3-5pm at The Engineer, St. John's Road, Harpenden, on Fridays 10-12 at Cafe on the corner, Catherine Street, St. Albans. If you would like more information you can call Michelle on 07958 324520.

As Glaze Time can also be mobile they can also come to you. So if you want to arrange a Birthday party package for your next St Albans or Harpenden birthday party event you could take a look. They have done workshops for groups too like Rainbows, Brownies, Guides, Beavers, Cubs, The W.I, coffee mornings and after-school clubs.
