I'm writing this review about our personal experience letting through Frosts Estate Agents alongside their lovely agent, Emily. Emily was wonderful from start to finish of our flat hunt. She consistently sent relevant properties, help set up viewings and stayed very much in touch with us the whole time to see how things were going! She took notes of our requirements and what exactly it was we were looking for so we'd be able to get the home we wanted, in the area we wanted it in. I can't say enough about how helpful she was through the referencing process and by finding out smaller details like what broadband would be available, if some forms of ID weren't available at the time what are the alternatives & double checking for us that everything did in fact go okay so we could get through to the next steps. She has a lovely personality and made our first experience of letting through an agency such a seamless one. I'm glad we had such great support from Frosts during what would otherwise be a slightly stressful time - couldn't be happier with where we've ended up and the support we're continuing to receive from her and the agency at large.
