Excellent customer service- and should single out Shelby who managed to get me a 2nd viewing at short notice on the same day as my wife's earlier viewing, which resulted in our securing the rental property. In addition, Shelby handheld us through the application process ensuring any negative friction was removed to achieve a good outcome for us as tenants and, I would assert, for the landlord.
