We found selling through Frosts incredibly chaotic and the PDF and RightMove listings to have lots of repetition and errors. Frosts were able to find a lot of people to come and view our house for which we are grateful, but many were not vetted beforehand (would give feedback like...surprised the house is 3 floors, wanted a driveway, sq ft is too small) so we felt like a lot of our time was wasted. In addition you deal with everyone in the office, not a specific person, so you end up repeating yourself a lot and being called many times a day with the same questions. Whilst I appreciate the hard work Frosts put into selling our house, we decided to list with another agent (Ashton's) to make it less stressful. Just sharing this feedback for any future clients to know that they need to be 'all hands on deck' if you want to work with Frosts as it's not the smoothest ride, although I'm sure they will sell your house successfully. Really excellent estate agents. I’ve spoken to a lot of estate agents in st albans while looking for a flat to rent and Frosts was by far the most helpful and kind. All the staff i’ve interacted with have been lovely, especially when there’s been problems in the process which they’ve sorted out quickly. Isha was wonderful and Shelby really helped us out with securing our flat. 100% would go back to them :))
