Louise Harrod was absolutely fantastic throughout our sale. She was consistently communicative, keeping us fully updated at every stage and always quick to respond to any queries. What really stood out was how proactive she was — Louise genuinely drove things forward, liaising with all parties and making sure nothing slipped. We bought a house through Julia, she has been an absolute star. She did all of the work for us, including pushing the sales through as our estate agents were useless. Our estate agents were all very nice people individually, but the business side we felt let us down. Julia took initiative and was constantly seeking answers for us, and made sure we were updated constantly which we found hugely reassuring. Her empathy was fantastic, and she was very considerate, this took the pressure off and calmed us when when we were distressed. It was lovely to have an estate agent with values and understanding.
