We recently bought our home through Frost's and wanted to say a big thank you to Adam. Buying a house is stressful but Adam was fantastic to deal with throughout the process. He was approachable, understanding, and consistently went above and beyond to help keep things moving. We ended up having a lot of contact over the course of the purchase because we used Frost's recommended conveyancer and, unfortunately, the individual we got wasn't particularly proactive or responsive. As a result, Adam seemed to take on an unpaid second job of chasing the conveyancer, following up and calming down a grumpy buyer! Without his persistence and communication, I'm honestly not sure the transaction would have progressed as well as it did. Adam was always quick to respond, patient with our requests, and genuinely cared about getting the sale over the line.
