2 bedroom flat to rent

We have recently brought our first home through Frosts Estate Agents. I cannot thank Adam Condon and Trudie Cobb enough for all their help to ensure the process ran smoothly for us. They were always at the other end of the phone when needed and kept us well informed throughout the transaction. I would highly recommend them! Thank you again for going above and beyond to get us across the finishing line!

We switched to Frosts after our house had sat on the market for an extended period with another agent at the same asking price. Within two weeks of listing with Frosts, we had an offer accepted at full asking price. Communication was excellent throughout, from the initial information session through to the offer and all the way to exchange. We always knew where things stood, which made a stressful process much easier. Special thanks to Nick, Rochelle and Tom, who were all excellent. Thank you to the whole team for all your efforts. We couldn't recommend Frosts more highly.

I had à great experience with Frosts Estate Agents in St Albans, and I would highly recommend them! Adam was the best agent and provided excellent support and guidance throughout the process of buying my first home. He was professional helpful, and always willing to answer my questions, making the whole experience much easier and less stressful. Thank you, Adam, for all your help and support! I would definitely recommend Frosts Estate Agents to anyone looking to buy a property.

The sales team have been excellent all round in terms of advice, negotiating skills and communication. Thank you for helping us with our house sale.

Trudie has been outstanding since we had our offer accepted and has kept us updated throughout

Moving home is always a tricky process and usually agents don't make it any easier, but Frosts is completely different. Emily W in particular made the whole process stress free, she's a real credit to the team and a pleasure to deal with. Throughout the process, from viewing to post signing of the tenancy docs, Emily kept me updated at every stage - landlord requests, referencing status, questions/requests I had...everything. If I was unavailable via phone, she'd follow up with an email and in both instances was always polite and friendly. Thanks Emily and the Frosts team for making the process that much easier!
