2 bedroom cottage to rent

It has been a real pleasure working with Tom Weaver, Sales Manager at Frost’s. Tom is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced, with an excellent understanding of the current property market and a clear sense of its direction. His insight and professional advice have been invaluable throughout the process. Frost’s really helped accelerate our house sale at a time when reaching the end of the tunnel seemed a long way off! What also impressed me was how well organised and efficient the entire agency is. Communication is excellent, everything is handled professionally, and things move forward smoothly and efficiently. A huge thank you to Tom and the whole team at Frost’s for their hard work and support. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.

Emily is the best agent I have come across - incredibly communicative, proactive, and helpful. I cannot recommend her enough.

My Partner and I viewed a house in St Albans this week with Ellie. We’ve viewed several across different estate agents and Ellie was by far the best agent we’ve encountered. She was very knowledgeable about the property and had answers to all questions we had - which has been rare!

We can’t thank Nick enough for all his help throughout our house purchase. From start to finish, he has been incredibly friendly, accommodating and proactive, always making sure we were kept informed and up to date at every stage of the transaction. He also went out of his way to facilitate numerous visits to the property after our offer was accepted, which was incredibly helpful in allowing us to plan the works we wanted to carry out in our new home. Most importantly, Nick went above and beyond when it came to getting us over the line and exchanging on time, so we could move straight from our flat into our new house on the day we needed to. His persistence in chasing the seller’s solicitor and helping push things forward made a huge difference at a critical point in the process. Thank you so much, Nick. You had a genuinely material impact on our house purchase, and we’re incredibly grateful for all your support. We couldn’t recommend you highly enough!

We had a great experience working with Nick and Rochelle at Frost’s. From start to finish, their communication was excellent; they kept us updated every step of the way and were always quick to respond to any questions or concerns which made a stressful process feel more manageable. We would highly recommend Nick, Rochelle, and the Frost’s team to anyone looking to buy or sell!

Such a brilliant Estate Agent. Ben was above and beyond friendly and helpful. I was reluctant at first to go with the one of the biggest players, but am so glad I did as they were the best positioned to take the temperature of the market - they felt the movement before anyone else owing to the sheer numbers of sales they deal with. If it wasn't for Ben in particular, I would have significantly undervalued my home. He was never pushy or flattering, just very considered, with a clear rationale. Do not hesitate. These people are diligent, focused and attentive in what they do. They are also really nice!
