Such a brilliant Estate Agent. Ben was above and beyond friendly and helpful. I was reluctant at first to go with the one of the biggest players, but am so glad I did as they were the best positioned to take the temperature of the market - they felt the movement before anyone else owing to the sheer numbers of sales they deal with. If it wasn't for Ben in particular, I would have significantly undervalued my home. He was never pushy or flattering, just very considered, with a clear rationale. Do not hesitate. These people are diligent, focused and attentive in what they do. They are also really nice!
