What marketing will I get?
Your Frost's representative will work with you to create a plan based on your preferences with the right mix of online and off line marketing. At the heart of it we use genuine professional photography to ensure your property stands out from the crowd.
How will you show my property?
Some clients use our open house service, some prefer us to escort the viewers individually, whatever your preference we will make sure for each property we have the answers to the 20 most commonly asked questions from buyers and totally understand the selling features of your home.
Safe property viewings
Viewing properties is an important part of choosing to buy or let a property. For the majority of our contact with customers and clients we will make sure that as much as possible is conducted using digital tools and virtual meetings however it is likely that for a sale or let will be agreed there will be at least one physical property viewing required.
In order to reduce the risk to property owners of multiple property viewings, we ask customers to do a virtual viewing first (if available). We have then produced some safe viewing guidelines to help our owners, clients and agents stay safe during a viewing.
What happens when an offer is made?
When a buyer puts forward an offer Frost's sales negotiators will verify the buyers ability to raise finances and check chain details as well as timescales and other background information. If you are unsure we can also advise whether to accept the offer or wait to see if the market responds further.
And after an offer is accepted?
Frost's offer a legal service, Frost's Conveyancing, who can act as your legal representation. We also employ dedicated sales progressors who will call after the offer is accepted to introduce themselves and oversee your sale all the way through to the day you move.
