Frost’s Full Management, Management Plus & Premium Management services include the procedures but are subject to a one-off administration charge the first time that the property is let£250 inc VAT

Frost’s Rent Collection Service is subject to an administration charge payable on each new tenancy. This covers costs relating to contract preparation, carrying out a credit checks and other referencing.

Tenant Referencing for all service levels. This covers the cost of credit checks, landlord references and employment references.£50 inc VAT (per tenant)
