The majority of our clients instruct us to manage their investment and the key to our sucess is that we allocated you your personal property manager who will build a positive relationship with you that strengthens over time.
A single point of contact
Your dedicated property manager will call to introduce themselves, assist with the pre-tenancy paperwork and preparation including safety checks.
Regular and thorough property visits allows us to assess how your property is being treated and with our eye for detail we can pick up any minor maintenance before it becomes a major issue.
With 600 properties in our managed portfolio we have built up a valuable list of reputable, reliable and accredited contractors which are all vetted and referenced by us. This helps get maintenance done efficiently and saves our clients money.
Managing the check out process
We organise the check-out, negotiate deposit deductions where necessary, evaluate dilapidation claims and deal with any disputes.
With 8 years’ experience in Property Management there isn’t much I haven’t encountered! I oversee our dedicated and passionate team of Property Managers and our constant goal is to provide the highest level of service to our landlords and tenants. We are proactive, solution-driven, and always looking in the long-term best interests of our clients. All our staff are ARLA qualified, or working towards this, so rest easy- you’re in safe hands.
I’m an avid chef (with debatable results) and enjoy socialising with family & friends in my down time.
After having worked in various sectors of the property industry for the last 10 years, I joined Frosts Property Management team in July 2013 and really feel like I have found my niche. I thrive on the busy environment and enjoy developing lasting relationships with the landlords and tenants in my portfolio.
I first joined Frost’s in 2004 as a Weekend Assistant in the Lettings Department whilst my children were young. I have gradually increased my working days over the years working in both Lettings and Property Management as additional support. As my family have grown up my job role has developed to that of a Property Manager. I enjoy working in the busy and often challenging environment, with a great team.
I have always lived in the St Albans area and developed my career at Frosts. Recently I moved into property management after gaining several years' experience in both sales and lettings. I now have a comprehensive knowledge of every aspect of the business which Frost's can offer to our clients, ensuring a top level service is given to cover all their property dealings.
I have worked within the property industry for 4 years, joining Frosts in July 2017. I have previously worked for a national Estate Management company, and therefore have lots of experience in block management, as well as property management. I believe that giving excellent customer service is the key to building a good relationship with the Landlords and Tenants within my portfolio.
Following university, I have worked in property management for over 4 years and joined Frost’s in November 2018. I have recently completed my MARLA qualification and am keen to continue to expand my knowledge within the property sector. Having grown up and been to school in St Albans, I am extremely familiar with the area and enjoy managing a diverse portfolio of local properties.
I joined Frost’s as a secretary in the Property Management Department in a part-time role in 2001 after having worked in the banking sector since leaving school. My role rapidly expanded and so progressed to a full time role the following year. This year, I have reverted back to a part time role. I provide administrative support to all of our property Managers who service the Managed and let/rent properties.
I’ve worked in property industry in London and Harpenden for nearly 10 years now and joined the Property Management team at Frost’s St.Albans branch in March 2011. I am currently looking after the gas safety checks for all the properties but also happy to assist my colleagues when needed . I enjoy living in and exploring Hertfordshire.
You are advised not to instruct a contractor directly except in the event of a genuine emergency, as the landlord may not agree with other reasons for a call out and therefore the liability to pay the contractor may remain with you. For the avoidance of doubt we would define an emergency as serious maintenance matters that endanger health or safety.
The Property Management Department is open Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm. If the Property Management Department is closed for the weekend, you can contact our Lettings Team on Saturday between 9am and 5pm for emergencies, and they will be able to help.
Outside of these hours, if you experience an emergency concerning lack of Gas, Electricity or Water, or fear there may be a leak, please do call an emergency contractor.
