Of course, St Albans has a Santa’s post office. It’s a busy time of year for us all in St Albans and Harpenden, not just Santa! As we all approach for some the most wonderful time of the year it is important to make sure those letters to Santa are well written and sent in good time.
If you are lucky enough to already live in St Albans you can be sure your child’s letter will get to the North Pole in plenty of time is you make sure to use St Albans very own Santa’s Post Office.
Santa’s Post Office St Albans can be found in Christopher Place in St Albans for two late-night openings from 4 pm until 8 pm from 14th November until the 12th December and on weekends from 11 am till 5 pm Saturdays and Sundays from 14th November to 22nd December. The organisers say there’s no need to book and entry is free. St Albans Santa’s post office has been kindly funded by the businesses in St Albans City Centre through St Albans BID.
Why not take a break from your St Albans Christmas shopping and let you and your children step into an enchanting world where you will be greeted by the elves and be invited to write and send their letters to Santa. You can take a moment or two while the lucky children of St Albans and Harpenden sit down and spend a moment getting their wishes down on paper.
They can then post their letter into a special post box, press a magic button and watch their letter wing its way on its journey to Lapland. Every child who wants to write a letter and use St Albans Santa’s post office receives a reply. Thanks to the St Albans BID.
