Festival of Dogs not to be missed

This weekend Sat 16th -Sun 17th July 2016 is the St Albans' Town and Country Show at Highfield Park, Hill End Lane, St Albans, AL4 0RA from 11am - 6pm. It offers a whole weekend of fun family activities. The local St Albans and Harpenden country show really does have something for everybody. Each year new added attractions are included this year there will be more Food and Drink including Street Food along with a Music Festival and The Festivals of Dogs.  
 
The Festival of Dogs is an event that is on tour across the UK hosting live demonstrations in two rings with an array of interesting, different and fun displays including Dog Shows, Dog Agility, Flyball, Scurry, Gundog Displays. Alongside this there are Talk Areas where Dog Training, Celebrities, Dog Behaviourists, and Vets will be giving interesting talks from worming to competing. Included among the professionals, and experts will be folk like Marc The Vet  who is the resident vet on BBC Breakfast, ITV This Morning, Daybreak, Crufts, Alan Titchmarsh Show, Paul O’Grady Show, It’s Me Or the Dog, My Pet Shame and Animal Rescue Live. Crufts speakers and Judges such as Jane Hanshaw Dip CABT KCAI CD & Beh. There is also a fun dog show that you can enter your family pet into The Class list includes; Cutest Puppy, Handsome Dog Best Small Dog, Best Big Dog, Best Family Dog, Golden Oldie, Best Rescue, Happy Hound and Pretty Eyes to name but a few – What’s not to like? Entry £1.50 start 12.30 pay as you enter.
