There is always so much going on in and around St Albans that there is always plenty for folk to do. From 28th June until the 30th June 2019 the St Albans folk festival will be celebrating the wealth of folk groups and musicians in and around St Albans.

East of England property prices
Some of the latest figures from the Office of National Statistics (ONS) suggest that the East of England, which takes in areas from St Albans in Hertfordshire to Cromer in Norfolk, has recorded the biggest rise in property prices over the past 12 months, up 10.5% to £279,000 on average.
