Weekends are always busy in Harpenden but on Sunday 24th November 2019 between 12 noon - 6 pm will keep you particularly busy with the Harpenden Christmas Carnival and Farmer's market on Bowers Parade, High Street, Harpenden, AL5 2SH. There is a lot on offer so you will be able to be busy all day sorting out some of your Harpenden Christmas shopping as well as the opportunity to pop in and sample some free mince pies and mulled wine in our Frost’s Harpenden branch between 3 pm until 5 pm.

Julia Rigby is a local artist and designer who lives in Harpenden and runs an Art Room. She is well known locally for with her colourful and quirky designs appearing on stationery, puzzles and cross stitch kits. She also happens to be Head of Art at St Hilda’s one of the independent primary school in Harpenden.
