I've been in Estate Agency since 1989 and have worked in the St Alban's and Harpenden area since 1993 aside from a short interval in 2007. In that time I'm pleased to say i've had the privilege of helping literally thousands of people move home. I worked for Frost's when it was owned by David and Mary Frost and although they retired a few years ago I like to think we keep the business true to its original aims of 'just being better', that means Better Service, Better Marketing and Better Results for customers.
I am a keen student of business, qualifying with a masters in Business Administration with Henley Management School where I returned recently to do a short course in coaching.
As the Managing Director there's not much outside of work as running a business these days is pretty all consuming but I live with my partner and we do enjoy eating out, we've managed to eat at some of the country's finest restaurants.
Excellent service throughout! Great communication from professional personable staff. We first engaged with Frosts whilst looking for a house in St Albans. Once we explained what we were looking for they sent us regular property updates of houses new to the market and properties that fitted our requirements. We were so impressed with the effort and communication that we met with Neil to discuss the sale of our flat. He was understanding of our situation and gave us some excellent advice. Not only did Frosts find us our perfect house, but they found us a buyer for our flat within 2 days. We cannot recommend them any higher, thank you Tom and Neil for making this so smooth and easy!
