Gemma has worked within the lettings industry for over 7 years and has developed an extensive understanding of all aspects of the business. She was born, raised and schooled in St Albans before moving to Harpenden with her husband. Gemma joined Frosts in 2008 as a senior negotiator within the St Albans Office, having previously worked for another agent in the area. After two years of achieving some excellent results, she was offered the position of Lettings Manager within the Harpenden office where she continues to grow the lettings portfolio and maintain the first class, friendly service her team consistently aim to deliver.
