Frost's Estate Agents have a committed Property Management team, including five fully trained Property Managers, a team Assistant, a dedicated Accounts Manager and a full time Secretary/Admin Assistant.
Each individual Property Manager looks after their own portfolio of properties and will be the landlord and tenants main contact during the course of any tenancy.
Louise Armsby - Head of Property Management
I have worked in Lettings since 2006 and am still as enthusiastic now as I was then. I have experience in all aspects of lettings which enables me to understand situations by seeing the whole picture. I feel passionately about following correct procedures, quality customer service and maximising the use of systems. I like to spend time with my family and friends in my spare time.
Viktoria Rakos - Deputy Head of PM
I’m Viktoria Rakos, a Property Manager with Frosts since July 2013. I have worked in the UK property sector since 2008, and by now I have done everything that there is to do in lettings, from taking on properties through the actual letting to the end of tenancy dealings. In my free time I enjoy a bit of DIY on my flat or my car. I am proud to have earned a reputation for ‘getting stuff done’ in the professional scene as well in the personal.
Melanie Hughes - Senior Property Manager
After having worked in various sectors of the property industry for the last 10 years, I joined Frosts Property Management team last July and really feel like I have found my niche. I thrive on the busy environment and enjoy developing lasting relationships with the landlords and tenants in my portfolio. I regularly volunteer at a local soup kitchen to help those experiencing difficulties in life. I like to unwind with a bit of Yoga or Pilates.
Lesley Jones - Secretary
I joined Frost’s as a secretary in the Property Management Department •in a part-time role in 2001, after having worked in the banking sector since leaving school and have been with Frost’s 13 years this July. My role rapidly expanded and so progressed to full time the year after joining the company and I provide administrative support to all of our property Managers who service the Managed and let/rent properties. Everyone in the Property Management work well as a team, of which I am happy and proud to be a part of. I have lived all my married life in St Albans, 37 years now and love the area. My two children went to local schools and also still live in the area.
Superna Minhas - Accounts
I have worked with Frosts for 10 years. I started managing the account for our property management team and now I do the accounts for the whole company including payroll. In my free time I like spending time with my children.
Elena Duff - Property Management Assistant
I’ve worked in property industry in London and Harpenden for nearly 10 years now and joined the Property Management team at Frost’s St.Albans branch in March 2011. I am currently looking after the gas safety checks for all the properties but also happy to assist my colleagues when needed . I enjoy living in and exploring Hertfordshire. I spent my weekends with my family.
