Sales Manager - Daniel Kirk
The sales department of our St Albans city centre office is headed up by Daniel Kirk. The City Centre office concentrates on selling a wide range of apartments and character homes within the sought after conservation areas as well as larger family homes with links to our highly regarded schools and the First Capital Connect mainline Station.
Daniel leads the busy Chequer Street sales team and has excelled throughout his career. Driven and ambitious, Daniel has the skills and talent to deliver exceptional results both personally and through his team. With over ten years experience Daniel can often be seen at his desk past 7pm when many other agents have gone home.
Senior Branch Valuer - John Sullivan
John started his career for one of the largest Estate Agents in the UK and moved to Frosts in 2010 where he has enjoyed four successful years. Residing locally he studied in St Albans and has worked in St Albans and Marshalswick for over 8 years. He has built up an intimate knowledge of the variety of St Albans housing stock and provides a friendly, professional and personable service.
Senior Valuation Manager - Neil Dowsett
Neil has been in the industry for over 10 years and has been involved in every aspect of being an Estate Agent from Junior Negotiator to Branch manager. He has worked in a number of different types of market including Strong sellers markets as well as the challenging conditions following the financial crash of 2007/08 and the recovery period that followed, this has given him a great understanding of the best way to value and sell a property. Jake brings his experience of the London Market to our City centre sales team. Having lived all his life in St Albans, Jake started his working career within media and went onto work for a dynamic high profile agent working in London Bridge. He has now returned to the city he knows best where his combination of local knowledge, friendly advice and approachable personality provide clients with a professional and enjoyable experience.
Sarah Twigg - Sales Assistant
This year will see Sarah's 7th anniversary at Frosts where she specialises in conducting Frosts tailored open days and collecting information to ensure their success. As well as showing properties Sarah also spends her time ensuring vendors are kept up to date with viewing feedback. Sarah has lived her whole live within the city and now has two girls who also school locally.
