Victoria joined Frost’s in May 2011 as Regional Sales Manager. Victoria started her career in Estate Agency in 2001 as a trainee negotiator working for a corporate brand and quickly progressed to a Branch Manager within two years and went on to run a successful sales team in Hertfordshire. Keen to get an understanding of how the London market operated and to get away from the corporate way of life Victoria joined a highly regarded large independent Estate Agency Group in 2007 where she ran a very successful office and went on to win a number of awards. Victoria moved with her family from London to Bedfordshire in 2010 and feels she now has the perfect balance of work and home life both of which she values very highly.

Justin has been an estate agent in the area for over 11 years, 7 of which have been with Frosts. Having started a career in estate agency as a junior negotiator for a large corporate agency, Justin quickly proved himself as a fast learner and a successful estate agent. During this time he won a number of regional awards finding his niche in the industry as a valuer. It did not take long to realise that working for an independent estate agent offered far more flexibility and the ability to deliver high quality customer service. Justin’s knowledge of the St Albans housing market is second to none and this is proved on a regular basis when past clients return to sell with Frosts again!
