The Land and New Homes department at Frost’s estate agency has been built up over many years, offering a bespoke service to their many new and established development clients.
Based in the centre of the thriving and historic City of St Albans, the department is committed not only to the sale of newly built and refurbished properties across Hertfordshire but also the acquisition and sale of development opportunities and land as well as site appraisals and marketing advice for new build developers and builders.
Equally at home working with individual builders as well as Plc developers we have worked with clients whose schemes are as diverse as the refurbishment of a city centre cottage or an individual new build home through to multiple plot sites. Our past experience of working with large scale new build developments includes the building of 123 apartments in Camp Road, St Albans and a development of 84 houses and flats in Marston Moretaine in Bedfordshire.
